文件同步的GoodSync,减少设计的低级错误

介绍个同步软件,goodsync,主要是用于文件搬运的。
因为可以提高我们设计的工作效率,减少不必要的失误带来的时间损耗,所以推荐一下。

先把同步的概念说一下。
我这里有两个文件夹A,B。我希望无论我改A,还是改B,这两个文件夹中的内容总是一模一样的。你可以把这两个文件夹看作你公司的PC和家里的笔记本。

用复制粘贴的方式肯定是可以了,但是当文件构成比较复杂的时候,比如我这个,文件夹层级极多,复制粘贴显然效率很低。也很容易出错,因为粘贴没办法处理删除文件的问题,

或者脑子去记,但文件太多,能保证记得住么?或者这个文件夹里,有张图纸你删掉了,另一个文件夹里还留着呀。

还一个缺点,复制粘贴,你很难分辨哪边是新的,哪边是旧的。

同步,就是干这个的。帮你将两边文件处理得一模一样。还能替你挑选哪边是新版,哪边是旧的版本。

这在我们设计的工作中,尤其重要,改图谁没见过呢?


这款软件就是干这个的。
演示一下使用。

任务做完之后,我们再分析,同步一下,就可以让两边的文件夹完全一致。我就不做这个了,我用一下我自己的文件任务演示一下。

我们说另一种方式,就是你连U盘都不用了,直接用网络,把这U盘换成图纸同步中转站,这是个网络空间,这是我们机械设计招标网提供的一个网络服务。也可以实现上面的说的内容,用网络肯定是比U盘更方便了。你用其他的各种网盘是实现不了的。

同步,就讲这么多,目的,加快设计进程,减少设计失误,更可避免你因为一些低级的错误,延误工期

求助:我在使用这个软件时更换硬盘后,经常出现无法连接的情况。
这个问题之前出现重启电脑就行了, 硬盘格式化后,这台电脑突然不能用了, 另外一台电脑可以用。
